We provide ongoing project management services across the wealth management portfolio in CA, TX, FL, AZ, and CT. The scope of our work includes renovation of existing space, new tenant build-outs, and relocations.
Scope of services included General Project Representation; Planning & Preliminary Design Phase Services; Final Design & Construction Phase Services; Construction Close-out and Furnishings Phase Services and Move Management Services for projects that involve executive conference rooms; business lounge; community room; private offices; open office space with high-end finishes. Preparation of financial modeling to support anticipated project costs and provide value engineering exercises as needed to maintain the overall project budget and aggressive project schedules.

Managed the build out of new space in a newly developed high rise building and managed all financial aspects of the project including payment applications, change order requests and tenant improvement allowance. We led the furniture procurement by preparing furniture packages and managing scopes of work. We were responsible for leading VE exercise to maintain schedule and client’s overall target budget.

Provided ongoing strategic advisory and project management for major tenant build-outs and renovation projects. The scope of work included refresh of existing space, new tenant build-outs and relocations, coordination of the graphic design representing the company history and management of all strategic advisors for the overall real estate portfolio. We were responsible for developing and facilitating the design standards specific to various business units.
